Pilates Stretch 28395A
This slow-moving class is designed to lengthen and strengthen major muscle groups. Be challenged by fundamental core, arm and leg strengthening moves followed by intense stretching, all to beautiful music. We will use various equipment such as rings, bands and balls. Please bring your mat and wear grip socks.
